Abstract

|
A 5 year old boy was detected a huge maxillary sinus mass extending surrounding muscles and soft tissue on CT finding. Pathologic finding revealed small round cell malignant tumor, showing positive immunoreactivity against cytoplasmic CD3, Tdt, CD10 and Ki 67. Monoclonality of TCR gamma gene rearrangement was confirmed and finally diagnosed as a T lymphoblastic lymphoma. The clinical presentation as a maxillary sinus mass of T lymphoblastic lymphoma is very unusal and we report here with review of literature.
